Accommodations: House-2 Bedrooms-1 Bath-sleeps 4-6

This cape style cottage is located near the Cape Cod National Seashore in Eastham, Midway between Hyannis (for ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard) and Provincetown (for art galleries, shops and whale watching).

Master Bedroom has one queen bed, 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Also has a double bed futon in the Living Room area. There is a living room/dining room combination with a kitchenette with large food prep. counter. All rooms on first floor with fans in both bedrooms and large ceiling fan in kitchen/LR/DR area. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all dishes pans and cooking equipment.

Guests provide their own sheets and towels, no daily housekeeping services. Cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner provided. Guests need to bring one set of queen sheets, two sets of twin sheets, towels and beach towels. Blankets and pillows provided for two twin beds and one queen bed. Rate is based on 4 persons. Bring sheets for double bed futon if more than 4 persons. Extra charge for more than four persons applies (see Notes below). Blankets and pillows for futon will be provided for extra guests. Toilet paper and dishwasher detergent provided. Guests provide all other paper goods and laundry detergent/softener. Cleaning fee included in rental fee.

TV/VCR/DVD with 40+cable stations. Also has CD stereo with MP3 port. Also includes seasonal use of facilities at motel next door including outdoor pool, basketball, playhouse, swing set and sandbox. Free in-state phone calls at motel from May-October. Town library and town of Orleans has free wi-fi service for internet access. (Public Library has computers). All rooms on first floor with fans in both bedrooms and large ceiling fan in kitchen/LR/DR area. Deeded beach rights to Town Cove at end of street makes this spot ideal for kayaking and canoeing as well as bird watching.

Outdoor furniture includes wicker set, picnic table, lawn furniture and a charcoal grill.

House sits on a pretty ¾ acre wooded lot with front garden. Cottage is just two miles to National Seashore Visitors’ Center and nearest Beach (First Encounter Beach on the Bay side) is just 2 ½ miles away.

Notes: Rates based on 4 persons, $25 per extra person per week or weekend. Max of 6 persons. Rental period is normally Saturday-Saturday. Other arrival/departure options may be accommodated on request. Non-smoking/no pets. $200 Security deposit required.
